I am a guy getting ready to go to Q school and I have played every shaft under the sun, fuji, diamana, matrix TP-7, Graffaloy, Accra, the list is a mile long. The UL780 shaft will out preform any of these shafts head to head all day long and twice on Sunday. But not only do you get a great product but you get great service. These guys at Graman are first class all the way. But dont beleive everything you hear about money and shafts, this combo dont mix. I can play any shaft I want and this one works great for me. All the posts here are from personal reviews, not from everyones view. But once you get limeyed you wont go back Peace........

shafted with Graman Limey ultimate G series 780 265 cpm finished at 45" D4 swingweight

Overall Look: What more can you say, the Taylormade R7 Tp is about as good as they come on looks, the 400 CC frames the ball perfectly. although it seems outdated with todays 460cc drivers.

Sound/Feel: Very Muted, this is a hot melt tour head made for a top 10 player in the world and it feels like no other I have ever hit, the Graman shaft has a very sweet kick and is a smoother than anything I have played.

Trajectory/Launch: Im a high ball hitter and usually spin it a ton, this solved both of those problems for me, the launch is very similar to the Code 6 matrix that I played, this shaft was set up for my swing by Dan Sakamoto , a long time friend who works on many tour players sticks
and he tipped this 1.5" and flowed it logo down for me. it came out simply awesome, he remarked that it was the most spot on shaft he has worked with.

Workability: this driver is very workable, the smaller 400 cc head is easy to shape shots with, its sort of like point and shoot, this shaft is the most consistent thing on the market as far as dispersion goes.

Forgiveness: not to forgiving, but hey its not supposed to be, the shaft is very straight hitting, the head just isnt as forgiving as the 460cc heads that are now out

Distance: very long, this is optimal for me, mostly because of the shaft, I figure that If I use this shaft in a 460cc head it would be even better, "which is what im doing"

Comparison to Gamer: this is my gamer.

Overall: This is one helluva a combo that is very consistent and long, the shaft makes it the straightest driver I have ever hit. I wish the head was 460cc just for the added forgiveness, so what I have decided to do is stick the limey in the G5 and see what that combo will do.
